2009 Hyundai Elantra GLS

Kirtland Auto Sales, North Main Street, Bluffton, announces a new manager's special. It is a 2008 Hyundai Elantra GLS, with 7,208 miles. Its list price is $11,895, according to Jim Kinn, sales manager. Kirtland's is an Icon advertiser.

Emmanuel United Church of Christ will hold its annual spring fish fry from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, April 8, at the church at 8375 Phillips Road.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $3.50 for youth under 11.

Menu consists of regular home cooked meal including fish, salads, and desserts.

All proceeds will go to Stacy, Sarah, and Shane Combs to assist their family following the recent Shawn Combs.

Pandora council is exploring the possibility of having a Pandora village web site. That topic was discussed at the March 8 council session.

The initial cost to set-up the site is $1,000 with a $4.45 per month hosting fee.

Council is working with Mark Suter, Pandora-Gilboa technology instructor on the project. It is hoped that the P-G Technology Club students will develop the site.

The Bluffton University softball team dropped a pair of contests at Heidelberg University on a cold Tuesday, March 22, 2011. The Beavers fell to 8-7 on the season while Heidelberg upped its mark to 10-2 overall.
