According to Guy Verhoff, Pandora weather observer this past week has been fairly typical of late August weather.  The saving grace of these steamy days is that we do know fall is right around the corner.

The temperatures from Monday, Aug. 19 through Monday, Aug. 26 saw highs in the low to mid-80's with overnight lows ranging from the mid-50's to mid-60's.  Most would agree, not too bad at all.

We did get some precipitation, with most all (over a quarter of an inch) falling on the afternoon of Thursday, August 22.
