The Dough Hook, 117 N. Main St., launches its outdoor lunch grilling on Thursday, according to Marlena Ballinger.
This summer, grilling takes place in the village-owned alley between the Presbyterian Church and the Velasquez mural (across the street from The Dough Hook).
Grilling will take place each Thursday this summer from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
According to Ballinger, sandwiches off the grill include hamburgers, brats and oink burgers.
In addition, customers may purchase cookies, chips and deli salads.

Bluffton Family Recreation is accepting registrations for its summer adult coed sand volleyball league.
According to BFR there is still time for additional teams to sign up.
The league is Thursday nights from 6-8 pm and is $175 a team! Please call for more details at 419-358-4150.
Each team must have at least three women on the court at all times. Best of three matches wins and team members must be 18 as of June 1. Registration is $175 per team.
Eileen Amstutz and Louis Risser will receive Life Membership awards from the Bluffton Senior Citizens Association at the June dinner meeting, according to Tonya Meyer, association director.
Both are members of the association and both turn 90 in June. The dinner is at 6 p.m., Monday, June 12, at the center., 132 N. Main St., Bluffton.
Amanda Wischmeyer is the featured speaker. She will present a program about organic farming.

Krysti’s Music Studio invites Icon viewers to its 2017 art show and open house from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 10, according to Kristi Schey, manager and teacher.
The show is at the music studio, 334 S. Main St., Bluffton. In addition, Libby Brodman will have a LuLa Roe pop-up boutique.
This year’s show features art work of students Lena Brown, Jordyn Garmatter, Owen Kohli, Ella Krupp and Ayla Tabler. The students will present projects they have completed throughout the year.
Dorothy Crist Hensel, age 93, died on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at 5:40 a.m. at the Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton.
She was born on Oct. 31, 1923, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Daniel E. and Glazel (Kline) Erwin and they preceded her in death. On July 14, 1941, she married Hobart L. Crist and he died on April 9, 1966. She later married Dennis Hensel on Sept. 19, 1981 and he died in March of 2002.
Dorothy retired from Kenton Savings Bank where she worked as a teller. She was a member of the Bethel Church of Christ, Ada.
Matt Ellerbrock and Chris Schroeder will offer a program of healthy habits for living at the Friday morning Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast.
The breakfast is served in the town hall with breakfast from 7 to 7:30 a.m. and the program from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
Ellerbrock Spine and Soft Tissue is the program sponsor. The Dough Hook will provide breakfast.
The program will also include a recap of last month’s arts and crafts show, according to Phil Zimmerly, chamber director.
