26-year-old Pandora woman charged in Lima bank robbery

May be the same woman who robbed the same bank last week

A Pandora woman, Nicole Shoopman, 26, was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery following a bank robbery in Lima on Monday.

According to Allen County sheriff deputies, Shoopman is believed to be the same woman who robbed the same bank last week.

Shoopman was expected to appear at a bond hearing Wednesday at Lima Municipal Court.

The robbery occurred at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at Fifth Third Bank on Hardin Highway, Lima.

A witness provided a possible vehicle description and license plate number, Allen County Sheriff Chief Deputy Jimmy Everett said.

2017 economic forecast talks offered by Citizens National Bank

Citizens National Bank is hosting a series of free seminars featuring economic forcasting for 2017 by Robert J. Morgan, Senior Consultant with Austin Associates, LLC.

Business owners are invited to hear Morgan. He will discuss current market conditions and what he expects to see in regards to unemployment, housing and the challenges facing business owners in the upcoming year.
