Time is short! Bluffton Lions Foundation Corvette raffle held Sept. 24
One lucky Corvette fan will drive home in a 1995 torch-red Corvette following a drawing for the vehicle during the Bluffton Fall Festival, according to Richard Ramseyer, president of the Bluffton Lions Foundation. The mint-condition vehicle has only 22,760 miles on it.
A drawing to determine the winner of the Corvette, owned by the Foundation, will take place at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 24, at Bluffton Family Recreation's gym, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton.
The Corvette winner is not the only winner in the raffle. "Over two dozen public charities throughout northwestern Ohio have raised funds all summer through the Bluffton Lions Foundation Charity Corvette Raffle program," said Ramseyer.
"In this way, the raffle helps these organizations continue their own mission. The total cost of the Charity Corvette Raffle program is underwritten by many sponsors and 100 percent of the thousands of dollars raised goes directly to public charities," he said.
This is the second year that the Bluffton Lions Foundation has offered this program to area public charities.
