Silent auction at Mennonite Home part of fall festival
The Service Group of Mennonite Home Communities will hold a silent auction and bake sale during this year's fall festival. Some of the items you can bid upon are:
a tiled top table by Wayne Shafer,
two of Brauen's decorative gourds,
a butterfly afghan,
poinsettia quilt,
folk art birdhouses,
a basket of canned goodies,
a large bird feeder by Bill Swartley,
and much more.
Stop by the Mennonite Memorial Home and place your silent bid this week. Bids will be taken up to noon on Saturday, Sept. 24. The bake sale is Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or whenever all the goods sell out.
