Bluffton athletic physicals for next year underway
Bluffton students interested in participating in sports next year can have their physicals taken starting today from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Today's physicals are for grades 10 through 12.
High school seniors are encouraged to arrive by 4:15 p.m. Eleventh graders by 5 p.m. and tenth graders by 5:45 p.m.
Boys' physicals will take place at the Bluffton Medical Center, 161 Garau St. in the Woodruff offices.
Girls' physicals will take place at Bluffton Physicians, 132 Garau St. in Dr. Shelly's office.
On Wednesday, May 30, students in grades seven to nine can have their physicals taken at the same time (4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.)
Freshmen are to arrive by 4:15 p.m. eighth graders by 5 p.m. and seventh graders by 5:45 p.m.
Students who are unable to attend on the day assigned for their grade level may attend the other scheduled date.
Cost is $15 per student with a portion of the cost donated to the Bluffton Athletic Boosters to help purchase needed equipment and uniforms.
Physical forms must be signed by the athlete and parent and brought the day of physicals.
