Dean of students to lead Nov. 16 colloquium
Dr. Julie DeGraw, vice president for student life and dean of students at Bluffton University, will outline “Ways to Encourage Christian Women Students to Political and Social Action” during a campus colloquium on Friday, Nov. 16.
Free and open to the public, her presentation will begin at 4 p.m. in Stutzman Lecture Hall in Centennial Hall.
DeGraw came to Bluffton in July after four years as dean of counseling, advising and transfer at the College of Lake County, a community college north of Chicago. She holds a Ph.D. in higher education from the University of Michigan, where her doctoral program included a concentration in academic affairs and student development.
