Bluffton Hospital wins national patient satisfaction award for fourth consecutive year
Bluffton Hospital has been named one of only 44 inpatient hospitals in the United States, and one of only six hospitals in Ohio, to receive the 2012 Press Ganey Summit Award for patient satisfaction. Bluffton is the only non-profit critical access acute care hospital in the nation to have received this award for four consecutive years.
The Press Ganey Summit Award is given to health care facilities across the nation that sustain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Bluffton Hospital has ranked in the 99th percentile nationally for inpatient satisfaction for more than six consecutive years.
According to Press Ganey, recipients of the Summit Award demonstrate their dedication to improvement and sustaining excellence in both quality of care and patient satisfaction.
