More than 50 gift packages in library's November fundraiser
Starting Nov. 9, Bluffton Public Library will be filled with more than 50 gift packages, with something for all interests, budgets and age levels. All packages will feature "buy now" prices.
Packages include numerous local business products, a Dyson vacuum, American Girl doll and book, Disney tickets, Amish B & B getaway, Dollywood tickets, Redbox, hair care, car care, camping, collectibles, restaurant and movie certificates, and much more.
All proceeds from the auction support literacy and learning activities such as: Wee Ones baby storytime, toddler storytime, after school programs and special events. Additional financial support is especially important while the library continues to operate with state funding cuts that exceed 20 percent, and with state law that limits the ability to generate usable revenue from endowment funds.
Bids will be accepted from 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 9 until 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 27, or until packages are purchased at the special “buy now” price. Cash or check accepted.
Contact the library at 419-358-5016, visit www.blufftonpubliclibrary.org or find the library on Facebook.
