"Our free range turkeys are raised on green pastures of grasses and clover. They are secured in floorless hoop shelters which are protected by poultry netting. This gives the turkeys access to green grasses and also protects them from wild animals. The shelters are moved to fresh grass daily. Adult turkeys are great grazers, they can eat as much as 50% of there diet in forage," said Luginbill.
He added, "Our turkeys are never given hormones, antibiotics, or growth promotants. They are supplemented with ground feed that contains corn, oats, roasted soybeans, and an organic supplement of vitamins and minerals. All grains are non-GMO."
