Linda Goecke 1950-2014
Linda Sue Goecke, 64, died Dec. 8, 2014, at 3:25 p.m., Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born March 29, 1950, in Bluffton to the late Clarence and Norma (Bushong) Burkholder. On June 5, 1976 she married Dale Goecke who survives.
She attended Bluffton High School. She was a secretary at McBrowns/DNC Hydraulics, Rawson.
Survivors also include a son Bryan (Casey) Burkholder of Columbus Grove; a sister Judy (David) Orr of Beaverdam; three grandchildren Levi Burkholder, Haley Burkholder, Aubrey Burkholder; mother-in-law and step-father-in-law Mary Louise (Cliff) Rogers of Brighton, Mich.; two sisters-in-law Judy (Jim) Blakeman of Howell, Mich., Joanne Goecke of Bluffton; a nephew Sebastian Blakeman; and a niece Natalie (Elliott) England.
She was preceded in death by a son Jeffrey Allen Burkholder, and father-in-law Donald B. Goecke.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton. Pastor Michael Downey officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Columbus Grove following the service.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
