Douglas Steinman was a Pandora-Gilboa HS graduate
Douglas Lee Steinman, 52, of Lima and formerly of Gilboa died Aug. 24, 2015 at his residence. Douglas was born June 4, 1963, in Bluffton to the late Jerry and Margie Eck Steinman.
Douglas worked at Dana Corp., Lima. He was a graduate of Pandora-Gilboa High School and Bowling Green State University with a degree in Manufacturing Design and Robotics.
He was a member of Gilboa United Methodist Church.
Douglas is survived by two sisters, Julie (Todd) Hagar and Laurie (Danny Faulder) both of Lima, two nephews, Jacob (Tabbitha) Hagar of Lafayette, Bryan (fiancé, Angeleca Truex) Hagar of Toledo, an aunt, Merry (Gary) Long of Pandora and two cousins, Kathy (Jeff) Rutschilling and Scott (Tracy) Long both of Pandora.
A Celebration of Life will begin at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Bluffton. Rev. Mark Hollinger will officiate.
Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.chiles-lamanfh.com
