Two programs at the library to be postponed
Please notice: Two programs at Bluffton Public Library will be rescheduled for new dates and times in the upcoming fall season. The Importance of Native Plants (which was originally scheduled to take place Saturday morning, June 17th) and Bluffton: A Transition Town? a program by Transition Bluffton (originally set to take place on Tuesday evening, June 20th) are both being pushed back to a later date.
Please continue watching the library's website (blufftonpubliclibrary.org) and social media, as well as the Bluffton Icon, to be alerted of the new, fall-time dates. Registration will again be mandatory for these programs, once dates have been set.
Both programs generated significant public interest, but were shy only two or three registrants that would have met the criteria to have the program. Library staff are hopeful that the fall events will yield enough registrants to hold the programs.
If you have any questions or comments, please email psc@blufftonpubliclibrary.org or call 419-358-5016 during library open hours. If you were hoping to attend these events but the day or time did not work for your schedule, please contact the library to express your schedule preferences.
Library staff members thank you for your understanding.
