BFR Session 2 youth programming sign-up begins
Bluffton Family Recreation's Session 2 of youth programming kicks off next week, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.
"Our team of experienced instructors is looking forward to developing youth through a variety of games and skills," he said. "Please call or visit our website to register."
Lil Movers
a class for 2-5 year olds. This class is lead by Education majors from Bluffton University and features a variety of obstacle courses, games, silly songs and dances, and lots of fun!
Lil Dribblers 1 - Beginners ages 3-5
A parent/child class introducing new players to basketball fundamentals. Players will learn to dribble and pass through fun games!
Lil Dribblers 2 - Preschoolers 4+
This class is for preschoolers who have mastered dribbling and passing concepts and are ready to take on more basketball fundamentals.
Dribblers - Ages 6+
This class is for those who are ready to improve basketball fundamentals (dribbling, passing, shooting, defense) through drills and games.
Lil Kickers 1- Ages 3-5
A parent/child class introducing beginning players to dribbling and footskills through fun soccer based games.
Lil Kickers 2 - Ages 4+
This class is for soccer players who have mastered basic dribbling fundamentals and are ready to work on passing and shooting through play based games and activities.
Kickers - Ages 7+
This class is for players with previous soccer experience who are looking to improve on their dribbling, passing, shooting, and foot skills.
Elite Ball Handling
Additional opportunity for junior high students to develop and improve basketball handling skills.
