Citizens National Bank announce on Friday that 100 percent of the loans its customers requested through the Paycheck Protection Program have been approved through the Small Business Administration, according to Eric Faulkner, bank president.
This represents 652 businesses in the bank’s 10-county service area, allowing those businesses to continue payroll for 12,524 employees. The approved loan total is currently $97,511,807.

Drive Time Driving Instruction announces plans to resume in-car instruction in early May, according to Sara and Doug Kisseberth, owners of the Bluffton-based school.
Gov. DeWine has set for an opening of select non-essential businesses for May 1. Drive Time is planning to resume in-car instruction on May 5 and in-person classroom on May 31 (subject to change).
"We are taking Gov. DeWine’s challenge to heart and are preparing for in-person driver’s training in a world where the Coronavirus still exists, and anybody could be a carrier," said Sara.
Webb Insurance, with offices in Bluffton and Lima, was recognized as Stormwater Superstars for their stormwater management practices by the City of Lima and the Allen Soil and Water Conservation District.
Every year, the two organizations honor businesses that put best management practices in place to protect area rivers.
