Cory-Rawson HS cheerleading program will hold a holiday craft show and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, at the C-R High School. Concessions are available. All proceeds benefit the Cory-Rawson cheerleading program.

Cory-Rawson HS’s music department will hold its first-ever bakery Bingo event from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, at the high school’s old cafeteria, 3930 County Road 26, Rawson.
Bingo cards are $1 each and prizes are baked goods. The event also includes basket raffles and concessions.
All proceeds benefit the Cory-Rawson band, choir and show choir members with fees for the music department’s Florida spring trip.
Get your costume ready. BFR Sports and Fitness, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton, will hold a family-oriented community Halloween party from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 20, according to Maranda P. Miller of BFR.
"This is a family event and no scary costumes are allowed," said Miller.
The event will include crafts and games from 2 to 3 p.m. and a costume contest at 3 p.m.

Ohio Northern University’s Freed Center for the Performing Arts will present “Disney in Concert: Magical Music from the Movies” with the Ohio Northern University Symphony on Oct. 19 at 8:30 p.m.
Individuals can relive the magic of their favorite Disney movies when celebrated vocalists accompanied by the ONU Symphony perform music from “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Little Mermaid,” “Mary Poppins,” “Aladdin,” “The Lion King” and “Pocahontas.” Rare original storyboard art and video from the Disney archives projected on a big screen help bring these memorable melodies to life.
An American Red Cross blood drive takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran School, Jenera.
