Biennial Program recognized as one of the best in Ohio

The Hancock Historical Museum will host its sixth Historic Barn Tour on Saturday, September 10th from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The self-guided tour, sponsored by Premier Bank, will showcase six historic barns in the western half of Hancock County, dating from the 1850s to the early 1900s.

The 17th annual Bluffton Fall Festival, with many family-oriented activities, will take place throughout the community on Saturday, Sept. 24, with most activities  occurring between 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce and local shops, restaurants, and organizations will host three 2022 Discovery Days events highlighting shopping, dining and resources available in the village of Bluffton. The first is Saturday, August 27.

Stop in any participating business and receive a ticket for a chance to win up to $100 in Bluffton Bucks gift certificates. Earn 1 additional ticket for each $10 spent, up to $100.

The August 27 Made in Ada Wilson Football Festival is growing. Two new attractions were announced by the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce this week:

A goal kick simulator will be provided by the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This is the premiere event for this Hall of Fame feature.

A beer permit has been approved. Beer sales will take place at the Center on Central with Ada Lions Club volunteer servers.

A Perseid meteor shower viewing opportunity will be hosted at 9:00 p.m. on August 12 at Kendrick Woods park, 971 N. Defiance Trail, Spencerville, with members of the Lima Astronomical Society providing assistance and information.
