Dear AEP Ohio Customer:

The National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio, is predicting a Hazardous Weather Outlook for several counties in Ohio on Wednesday, June 12. This threat includes the potential for heavy rainfall, large hail, damaging winds and possibly isolated tornadoes. It is anticipated that this storm system will enter the area late this afternoon and early evening.

The windows may have been shattered, but not the spirit at Mustard Seed Café.

In the early hours of Wednesday, May 29th, there was a break-in at Bluffton’s newest restaurant which had just opened on March 22nd.    There was extensive damage to the kitchen, including the food storage area.  It took staff four days to clean up the debris, wash all the dishes and cookware, and restock the pantry.

On behalf of the Bluffton Schools Board of Education and the levy committee, I would like to thank you for your support of our renewal on Tuesday, May 7.  We will continue to spend these permanent improvement dollars wisely and will continue to show the community where this money is spent each year.  We are very proud of our school and the community that supports it.  Thank you, again, for all you do for our district!

Sincerely,

Greg Denecker
Superintendent, Bluffton Schools

This vote will be to RENEW the existing ½ % Income Tax for Permanent Improvements.
It is NOT a new tax, but will simply continue what is presently paid by Bluffton citizens to support the schools that belong to them and to their children and Grandchildren.

Because of this extra income for the school system, my grandchildren in elementary school can attend classes in comfort thanks to the new air conditioning systems put in place for the Kindergarten through 4th grades

On Friday June 21, 2013, the American Cancer Society will be holding its annual
Relay For Life of Bluffton. Since 1985, Relay For Life has grown from one man
- Dr. Gordy Klatt, who walked, jogged and ran around a track for 24 hours raising
money for his local American Cancer Society unit - to a movement to eliminate
cancer that now takes place in more than 5,200 communities in the United States
and in 20 other countries around the world.
