Rhythm in Motion Dance Centre competed in the No Limit Dance Competition in Van Wert on April 10. The Ada studio, one of at least 10 studios from Ohio and Indiana to compete, received nine trophies and awards, and two special award ribbons from the judges.

-Police responded to a Grove-Bluffton Rd. residence in regards to a civil complaint and a child custody dispute. April 2
-Police stopped a truck in the Village Park for being in the park after dark and discovered Nancy Pontious, 43, Celina, operating the truck. Ms. Pontious was subsequently arrested for OVI and the case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.

My Vu, a senior at Bluffton University, has seen parts of the world that most persons only read about. She has visited Thailand, Sigapore, Malaysia and China, and Europe is on her world-wide wish list. While My says that Thailand is a favorite for shopping, she calls Vietnam home.
Heather Lutz, an employee of Jerry Lewis' Bluffton McDonald's Restaurant, was recently chosen as the McDonald's Crew Person of the Year for the state of Ohio.
Lutz was chosen out of nominees from the more than 700 Ohio McDonald's Restaurants.
