Bluffton police report the suspect conviction and closure of a 2009 sexual assault investigation, according to Rick Skillier, Bluffton police chief.
Police were contacted in July, 2009, to investigate allegations of some form of sexual activity between a female juvenile and a 19-year-old male. The investigation led to a five count indictment of Jeremy L. Perrine, 19. Each of the five counts was for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, with all counts being fourth degree felonies.
Bluffton police report that a sex crimes investigation from last summer has resulted in a recent conviction in the Allen County Common Pleas Court.
Police were contacted by the mother of a14-year-old Bluffton female reporting the discovery of several occasions where the girl was sexually active with the woman's boyfriend.
Terry A. Gibson, 44, was originally indicted by an Allen County Grand Jury on three counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, each being a third degree felony, according to Rick Skilliter, Bluffton police chief.

4th - Police arrested Michael Hurst of Batesville, Miss., for OVI following a traffic stop on SR 103 for a Lanes of Travel/Left of Center violation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
4th - Police responded to a SR 103 business in regards to a Criminal Trespassing violation.
