Guagenti's 5-7 indoor high jump ranks her 14th in U.S.

Logan Steingass, Julie Althaus, Hannah Chappell-Dick, Lydia Guagenti, Jill Steinmetz, Lucas Harnish

Lydia Guagenti, who has just committed to the Ohio State University, had a big day on Sunday at the University of Findlay's high school Oiler Invite track meet.

She cleared 5-07.00 in the high jump to take first with her best indoor jump ever. She beat the second place finisher by 3 inches. This height places her in the top 15 in the country so far in 2012 (according to milesplit.com) and was just short of her outdoor PR of 5-08.00. The height also earned her the rank of Mile Split US First Team Elite.
