Bluffton tennis win vs. Lima Senior

The Bluffton High School boys tennis team defeated Lima Senior 4-1 Thursday evening at the Collett Street Courts in Lima.

Bluffton sophomore Branson Hilty whipped senior Alex Bennett 6-1, 6-0 at second singles.

Beaver men's golf: four celebrate graduation on the links

FLORENCE, Ind. - The Bluffton University men's golf team put it together with a red-hot 311 on day two of the 2023 Heartland Conference Championship! On the day when Bluffton University celebrated graduation in the Sommer Center, the men's golfer's celebrated with a sparkling round at the Belterra Casino in Florence, Ind.

Bluffton girls 4th at Ada Invite; Pirate boys take 5th

ADA--The Bluffton High School track and field teams competed well at the annual 16-team Ada Invitational meet on a warm Saturday, May 6.

Van Wert won the girls team crown, and Kenton captured the boys team title.

The Pirate girls finished a strong fourth, while the Bluffton boys came in a solid fifth.

Beavers split baseball series with Rose-Hulman

Playing at home, the Bluffton University baseball team split a pair of Heartland Conference games with Rose-Hulman on May 5. Bluffton moved to 21-15 overall and 13-6 in the HCAC. It marked Bluffton's first regular season win over the Engineers since 2013.

Bluffton softball loss to Bath

The Bluffton High School softball team lost a non-conference game to visiting Bath 7-3 Friday evening, May 5.

The Pirates fell to 9-11 overall with the defeat. Elida improved to 12-6 with the win.

Pirate baseball win vs. Falcons

The Bluffton High School baseball team knocked off visiting Riverdale 9-3 in a non-conference contest Friday evening, May 5.

The Pirates improved to 10-9 overall with the win. The Falcons fell to 14-4 after the defeat.
