Pandora council looking at creation of a village web site

Pandora council is exploring the possibility of having a Pandora village web site. That topic was discussed at the March 8 council session.

The initial cost to set-up the site is $1,000 with a $4.45 per month hosting fee.

Council is working with Mark Suter, Pandora-Gilboa technology instructor on the project. It is hoped that the P-G Technology Club students will develop the site.

Several other items of business crossed council's table on March 8. The official minutes of the meeting follow:

The Feb. 28, 2011, flood was devastating, but imagine cleaning up after the 1913 flood. Here's a photo of that flood taken on Cherry Street. The building on the very far left houses the Village Cut 'n' Curl today.

The building at the right was a Triplett storage building. Believe it or not, a fire occurred in the building during the height of the flood, probably caused by a short circuit. Bluffton firemen put out the fire, somehow.
