The third week of free wellness programs is underway at BFR Sports and Fitness. Free fitness classes and walking days are offered during the week plus demonstrations about exercise and healthy eating as well.

Free use of the BFR indoor track is available on Friday, Jan. 29, Saturday, Jan. 30, Wednesday, Feb. 3, and Friday, Feb. 5. The track is open during all regular building hours (Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday 1-5 p.m.).

OSU Lutheran worship team at English Lutheran Jan. 31

TEAM INCLUDES RACHEL MOHR OF ENGLISH LUTHERAN CONGREGATION

The worship team of Jacob's Porch will be at English Lutheran Church, 111 Grove St., at 9 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 31, according to Rev. Kevin Mohr, pastor.

Bluffton High School track members participated in the University of Findlay High School Indoor Invitational on Jan. 24 for Division II and III teams.

Bluffton's results follow:

Sophomores: Lydia Guagenti (HJ)
Hannah Chappell-Dick (LJ, 55, 400, 800)
Juniors: David Moser (55, 400, 800)
Ashton Cluts (LJ)
Seniors: Lindsey Bassitt (55 hurdles)
