February's worship service schedule at the Mennonite Memorial Home for February was recently announced. All services are in the Home's chapel. The schedule follows:

Sunday services at 9:30 a.m

Tuesday evening services at 6:30 p.m.

Transport for Christ (TFC) will host its annual banquet Friday, Feb. 19, 6:30 p.m., at Marbeck Center, Bluffton University. Doors open at 6 p.m. Reservations are necessary by Feb. 15. Contact Dave Lugibihl, 419-230-3294 or Nancy Spallinger, 419-296-0360 to make reservations, or to make a donation.

The Ohio Northern University Asian American Student Union (AASU), in cooperation with the Muslim and Indian Student Associations, will hold its first Cultural Auction Night to benefit the earthquake relief efforts in Haiti on Feb. 10 in the McIntosh activities room from 6-9 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public.

TEAM INCLUDES RACHEL MOHR OF ENGLISH LUTHERAN CONGREGATION

The worship team of Jacob's Porch will be at English Lutheran Church, 111 Grove St., at 9 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 31, according to Rev. Kevin Mohr, pastor.

Four Bluffton residents will share their stories on WTLW TV 44's Grace for Today program in early February.

Phil and Sharon Zimmerly, of Common Grounds coffee shop, Jim "Train" King of Ebenezer Mennonite Church and Beth Boehr-Miller, who recently launched a news business, are the guests, according to Christina Ryan Claypool, herself a Bluffton University graduate, and host of the television program, which airs at 9 a.m. each morning.

A Martin Luther King Day benefit lunch, with all proceeds going to the Fight Back Center, New Orleans, La., is planned from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18, at the First Mennonite Church, Bluffton.

Tickets at the door are $10 for adults, $5 for youth under 12 and free for pre-school youth, according to Wendy Chappell-Dick.
