The annual Keeping Active program is beginning at BFR on Jan. 20 and ending Feb. 28, according to Carole Enneking, BFR director.
She said, "Over the next six weeks, individuals and families are encouraged to learn more about healthy eating and add more activity to their schedules."

Three Bluffton University football players helped distribute shoes to 230 students at PaduaAcademy in Indianapolis on Jan. 13 as part of an effort coordinated by Samaritan’s Feet International and the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Bluffton junior Eric Fox of Brunswick, and seniors Shawn Frost of Ediso and Josh Runda of Lima, were among this season’s first-team all-HCAC players who traveled to Indianapolis with their coaches for the event.
