Thomas & Marker Construction, the general contractor for Bluffton University’s new Sommer Center for Health and Fitness Education, has been awarded for its work on the project.

The Ohio Valley Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors recently recognized Thomas & Marker’s efforts on the Sommer Center with its highest honor for excellence in construction, the Eagle Award.

Bet you didn't know Grove Street had a "dip in the road." The grinding is finished. Now the paving is in process. Here's the paving schedule for Friday and Monday:
• Cherry Street and Mount Street 
• Monday, May 6, Main Street closed from State Route 103 to County Line.

Premiering Thursday, May 3 and running through Thursday, May 9 will be Iron Man 3 showing in both 2D and 3D formats.  The movie is rated PG-13.

The 2D shows are every evening at 7 p.m. and  Saturday and Sunday matinees at 1:30 p.m.

The 3D shows are every evening at 9:30 p.m. and the Saturday and Sunday matinees at 4 p.m.

Special MIDNIGHT PREMIERE at 12:01 a.m. Friday morning (Thursday night), in 3D.
