BG Insurance Group will present a program at the Bluffton Senior Center at 132 N. Main St., on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m. on “Preparing for the Next Stage of Life," according Tonya Meyer, director.
The program is the first of series and will be covering Senior healthcare options. The program is free and open to the public.
Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services will be holding a Tree of Remembrance Memorial Service at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Bluffton Centre, 601 N. Main St.
The memorial service is for families and individuals who have lost a loved one this year or in years past. The ornaments will be hung on the Christmas Tree and given to families at the end of the service.
Tickets are now on sale from members of the Bluffton Lions Club for its Blaze of Lights chicken barbecue.
Serving is from 4 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 26. Drive-up service is available in the parking lot across from Family Dollar. Persons may eat in at the Bluffton Presbyterian Church.
Tickets are $8.50 each. Tickets will be available at the door or call 419-788-0729 for tickets in advance.
The Bluffton High School post prom committee will hold a designer purse rafle on Saturday, Dec. 3, at Marbeck Center.
A buffet meal and registration starts at 5:30 p.m. and the reverse raffle starts at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $35 each and includes the meal. Tickets are on sale at Bluffton High School and Middle School offices.

The fourth annual Cory-Rawson cheerleading holiday craft show and bake sale is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, at Cory-Rawson schools.
Over 40 vendors will participate. Concessions and raffles are part of the event. All proceeds benefit the C-R cheerleaders. For more details contact Michele Rettig at 419-306-1553.
