Joseph "Joe" Tschuor, 72, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 1, 2022, after a brave and hard-fought battle with many illnesses.
He was born September 22, 1949 to the late Joseph A. and Evelyn M. (Fuller) Tschuor. He married his best friend, Jennifer (Shulaw) Tschuor, on July 26, 1975.
Joe worked at Lima Ford Engine Plant for over 20 years and was an electrician by trade. He served four years in the United States Navy, during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the IBEW local 32 and UAW Local 1219.

At the 2022 USATF Indoor Championships on February 27 at the Podium in Spokane, former Bluffton High School athlete Trevor Bassitt won the indoor 400 with a time of 45.76. The win earned him the US title and a spot on Team USA for the World Championships in Belgrade, March 18-20.
