Every summer, our library’s goal is to encourage people of all ages to read and continue learning throughout every stage of their lives.  Our theme this summer has an emphasis on supporting a healthy body, mind and spirit, and we’ve titled this theme: “Our Library, Our Community: Healthy Together.”

Join the library for an End-Of-School event on May 27th at 3 p.m. as we screen Star Wars: The Force Awakens (PG-13).

Permission forms are required for patrons under 18 (available at front desk and youth services desk) and children under the age of 8 will need to have a guardian (14+) with them.

This event is open to families and no registration is required.

A FREE, fun workshop* for all parents, guardians, and other adults raising children from birth to 8 years old!

Learn about your child's behaviors and how to respond appropriately;
Learn how to prevent your child's difficult behaviors;
Learn how to use positive ways to discipline your child;
Learn how to reduce the impact of media violence on your child's behavior.

Please note: Due to the nature of this series, we ask that parents/guardians do not bring their children with them to this learning event.
