Bluffton Soccer Club will be hosting tryouts for multiple age groups on multiple dates (below and on attached flyers), Travel soccer tryouts are open to anyone who fits in the appropriate birth year category, regardless of residence. Tryouts do not guarantee any player a spot on a team, nor is a player committing to accepting an offer just by attending tryouts.

FINDLAY- Spring marks the return of bats to the park. We will start out in front of the Activity Barn where we will talk about bats and watch them leave the bat boxes. Then we will hike in the park in search of bats and other nocturnal animals.
The 61st annual Lima Symphony Orchestra National Young Artists’ Competition will be held on Saturday, April 29 at Yoder Recital Hall on the campus of Bluffton University. The competition this year features piano, winds, and brass. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
Including both a Junior and Senior Division, competitors represent the universities and conservatories from across the country.
This year the Friends of the Symphony welcome judges Da Eun Choi (piano), Michele Gingras (clarinet), Stephen Campbell (trumpet), and Hamilton Tescarollo (piano).
Winners will receive cash prizes. First-place winners, upon recommendation of the Lima Symphony Orchestra Music Director, may appear as featured soloists with the Lima Symphony Orchestra at a future date.
At 10:00 a.m. on Friday April 28,, the Bluffton Police Department will hold a dedication ceremony to officially name the portion of I-75 the “Officer Dominic Francis Memorial Highway.” This event will take place on the third floor of the Bluffton Town Hall.
The memorial sign will be presented during the ceremony. Afterwards, ODOT will place the signs on I-75 near mile marker 139 Northbound and 143 Southbound.
