Greg Denecker, Bluffton superintendent, announced that a grief crisis team will be available at the Bluffton Middle School when students return to classes.
The team will be available to meet with students in relation to the death of their classmate, Ethan Leiber, sixth grader who died in a snowmobile accident on Sunday.
Bluffton’s second annual downtown Chocolate Walk will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Nine Bluffton merchants are selling tickets in advance and providing wrapped, individually portioned chocolate treats.
Tickets are $10 each and a maximum of 200 tickets will be sold. The full ticket price will be donated to the Bluffton Community Assistance Program and Bluffton nonprofits supported by the United Way of Greater Lima.
For the health and safety of all, masks are required and guests are reminded to always follow store capacity guidance.
