County Line Church of the Brethren is hosting a Freedom Fest on Saturday, July 13, from noon to 6 p.m., including a chicken barbecue and free music.
Bring your own seating for this free outdoor gospel concert, geared towards the whole family, including a free bouncy house to keep children entertained.
The concert will be behind the church, located at 4227 N Hardin Road, (Hancock County Road 15 from Bluffton), Harrod.
The Bluffton Food Pantry regularly distributes food and other essential supplies to approximately 50 families in the area.
The panty’s supplies are currently running low so volunteers from English Lutheran Church are coordinating a food drive from Saturday, June 22, through Tuesday, June 25.
Food pantry donations may be dropped off at the BFR, English Lutheran Church, or St. John’s United Church of Christ. The below items are needed before the next distribution day, which is Saturday, July 20.
The Pandora United Methodist Church will be hosting a free Community Meal on Wednesday, June 26 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. The church is located at 108 E. Washington Street, Pandora.
The meal is provided by John Perkowski. The menu is spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert, and beverage.

Pandora Missionary Church, 300 Rocket Ridge, Pandora, will host a program titled “Dinosaurs and Fossils: Amazing Evidence for Creation” on Sunday, June 23, at the church, according to Matt Steiner, pastor.
The guest speaker is from Creation Ministries International, Powder Springs, Georgia. Programs are during the 10:30 a.m. morning worship service and at 7 p.m.
The evening begins with a two-course meal, catered by Bavarian Catering, Ltd. There will also be worship and fellowship, and Susan Whitlow, from Perrysburg, will be speaking.
