It’s a downtown festival in Ada on Saturday.

It’s the 29th anniversary Ada Area Chamber of Commerce Harvest and Herb Festival. Over 175 booths with offer their products, stretching from Quest Federal Credit Union on the north to the Disciples of Christ Church on the south.

Here’s what’s in store during the day:
• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. booth display open
• 10 a.m. Main Street parade

Several events take place during the second half of September at the Bluffton Public Library. Here's the calendar of events:

Thursday, Sept 18, is Read an eBook Day.  Use the hashtag #eBookday for a chance at a prize from Overdrive, the eBook app for libraries.

Bluffton Baptist Church, 345 County Line Road, will host a "see you at the pole" rally at the church from 6:30-8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 23.

The event includes hot dogs off the grill, music, giveaways, large group games and other events. 

Apollo Career Center's Garden Cafe will open for business Tuesday, September 23, and will serve lunch from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The all-you-can-eat buffet is $6 and includes a salad and hot bar with an assortment of desserts, and choice of beverage. The restaurant is student-run and designed to be a teaching lab as well as a restaurant. For reservations call 419.998.2945.
