Terrill Webb named HCAC Female Athlete of Year

BLUFFTON, Ohio - Two-time All-American Terrill Webb (Kenton, Ohio) has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Athlete of the Year following her performances in indoor track and field and outdoor track and field during the 2015-16 school year.
The junior earned NCAA Division III indoor and outdoor track and field All-American accolades in the pole vault during her junior campaign.
Webb finished sixth at the NCAA Division III indoor championships with a school and personal record of 12' 5.5" and earned a third place finish at the NCAA Division III outdoor championships with a mark of 12' 9.5".
With her efforts, she became the first women's track and field All-American in Bluffton history. When Webb won the Indoor HCAC championship in February it marked her fifth straight conference pole vault title.
The HCAC Player of the Year award is in its third year of existence. The award is voted on by the sports information directors of each member institution.
Webb and Ryan Aelker, the 2015-16 HCAC Male Athlete of the Year, helped Bluffton become the first school to sweep the male and female awards in the same year!
