Trinity Lutheran, Jenera, announces Christmas service schedule
An afternoon Christmas Eve service by the students of Trinity Lutheran Church and School, Jenera, called “From Heaven Above to Earth I come” will be held Friday, Dec. 23, at 1 p.m. in the church in Jenera.
Students from pre-school through eighth grade will tell of the birth of Jesus through word and Christmas hymns. High school students will be narrators and pre-service music by the youth will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Pre-service music on Saturday Dec. 24, will begin at 6:30 p.m.. At 7 p.m., "From Heaven Above to Earth I Come" (also given on Dec. 23 at 1 p.m.) will again be presented by the students.
The Sunday Christmas Day celebration service will begin at 9:30 a.m.. The theme is “Songs of Christmas: The Song of the Angels.”
