Night at the Museum

Several famous people, international ambassadors and persons representing various professions visited Bluffton one evening last week.

There was Clara Barton and Emily Dickinson. Esther and Ruth of Old Testament fame stopped by as did Catherine the Great and Socrates.  And, Paul Revere rode in.

Several representatives of nations south of the border with ambassadors included Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

Profesions setting shop including an elementary principal, deputy sheriff, and dance teacher, electrician and turf management pro.

It was a night at the museum, compliments of Bluffton sixth, seventh and eighth graders.

The annual one-night event showcased sixth graders who chose a country to display and show its culture.

Seventh graders picked a famous person to display and share why that person is remembered today.

Eighth graders focused on a career of their interest to research and display.
