Bluffton Scrap Artist Quilters donated 40 baby quilts to Allen County Children’s Services for children going into foster care. Sarah Noland, who started the project, and Liz Gordon-Hancock with daughter Isla, dropped off the donations. Learn about BSAQ meetings.
