The winner of The Icon's Week 11 College Football Contest is Don Luginbuhl. Don and three other contestants accumulated 9 points this week. Don was declared the winner through the tie-breaker process.

The Bluffton Exempted Village School District ranked 45th of all schools in Ohio in the Performance Index Ranking for Districts and Schools, release Friday by the Ohio Department of Education. The entire list ranks 1,001 schools.
To emphasis the strength of Bluffton's ranking, only two northwestern Ohio districts scored higher than Bluffton. Those districts were St. Henry, 18th, and Ottoville, 24th.
The Bluffton University football team completed its best season since 2004 when the Beavers roughed up long-time rival Defiance College 46-27 on Nov. 12.
Bluffton finished 5-5 overall and 5-3 in the Heartland Conference after winning five of its last six games. Defiance fell to 4-6 overall and 4-4 in the HCAC.
Bluffton Hospital will host a two-day bake sale and an all week gift shop sale next week.
The bake sale is in the hospital conference room Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 16-17 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The hospital gift shop will hold a "big blow-out sale," featuring Black Friday prices. The sale runs Monday, Nov. 14, through Friday, Nov. 18, hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The sale includes OSU items, Christmas items, jewelry, money soap and Woodwick items all 20 percent off.
