At the back of Black Lab Trading Co., what was Jeanne's Kitchen has been revamped into Bystillwaters Bistro.
It's been open for four months now. Heather Cox, the owner, is doing something different with this restaurant. The decor is much the same, with exposed brick and painted mural and stencilling in colonial style. Cox has added plush, high-backed chairs to sit and relax over your meal.

Bluffton Exempted Village Schools announced its 2018-2019 program year policy for free and reduced-price meals for students unable to pay the full price of meals or milk served under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast, After School Care Snack or Special Milk Program.
Each school office and the central office has a copy of the policy, which may be reviewed by any interested party.
Elizabeth “Betty” Jeschke, 88, of Goshen, Ind., died June 27, 2018, at Goshen General Hospital. She was diagnosed with multiple myeloma six years previously.
Betty was born to Gordon and Margaret Claassen Bixel Nov. 27, 1929, in Bluffton, Ohio. She was a member of First Mennonite church in Bluffton and a graduated from Bluffton High School in 1947. She graduated from Bluffton College in 1951 and that same year married Oscar Miller of Berlin, Ohio.
Leave it to the elders at Maple Crest to show off their talent. They even put on a show on Friday. The lineup included several musicians performing solos and duets, actors, and others too talented to describe.

A support group for caregivers of spouses or family members with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia is scheduled the third Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton. The group meets in the library at the Home, located at 410 W. Elm Street.
Group facilitators are Tricia Herrmann, RN and Janet Schroeder, LSW. The focus of the group is to allow each member to discuss his/her issues involved in caring for their loved one with dementia. Speakers may be brought in to address specific topics at the request of the group.
These two photos are among the most frightening old photos ever posted on the Icon - for that matter, ever photographed near Bluffton.
Here's what we know about these photos. They show three burning oil tanks that were struck by lightning somewhere near Bluffton. Each tank contained 35,000 barrels of oil.
The photos are in post card format taken by Sidney Hauenstein.
"Opposition of Mars" is the program title of a 9:30 to 11 p.m. Monday, July 30, event at the ONU Observatory, according to Dr. Jason Pinkey, observatory manager.
Pinkey said: "Mars will be just three days passed opposition.'Opposition' is the planetary configuration in which the planet appears in the opposite direction as the Sun from the Earth's perspective.
Vicki Mills, artistic director of Noteworthy Community Choir, Ada, will hold auditions in August. She may be contacted at 419-679-8259 to schedule an audition.
The choir is composed of four groups:
Treble Makers for 6-9 year olds,
Sounds for 7-10 year olds,
Voices for 8-18 year olds
Expressions for 13 to 86+ year olds.
The Noteworthy Community Choir has several engagements already scheduled, including the F and M Picnic in August.
