BHS Latin and art departments plan trip to Italy, Greece; adults invited to join group

The Bluffton High School Latin and art departments are planning a trip to Italy and Greece in June of 2016, and have opened the trip to adults in the Bluffton community. Interested persons are invited to attend an information meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25. 

The meeting will take place in the Latin room - room 303 in the high school Those unable to attend but interested in learning more may e-mail Vickie Garmon at [email protected] or Brigitte Hoff and Hoffb@blufftonschools.

Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce gift certificate to the rescue

Having problems with gift selections this holiday season? The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce has the solution.

You may purchase a chamber gift certificate to give as a gift. The certificates are available from any teller at Citizens National Bank. You may purchase certificates in any monetary amount.

Each certificate is good for 12 months after the date of purchase. Certificates may be used in any Bluffton business.

Open houses for two businesses now located in former Movie Gallery building: Panache and RealLiving CCR Realtors

Two Bluffton businesses that recently opened in the former Movie Gallery building at 142 E. Jefferson St., will have open houses this weekend.

RealLiving CCR Realtors

Bluffton’s newest business, RealLiving CCR Realtors, 142 E. Jefferson St., Suite B, will hold an open house from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 22.

Dino Guagenti of Lima is the broker involved with the firm. Realtors are Steve Shulaw, Kate Shulaw, Elaine Wehri, Lisa Wenger and Maria Sanko.

Relay for Life quarter auction/bingo Dec. 5

Bluffton Relay For Life will hold a quarter auction/bingo from 6:30-9:30 on Friday, Dec. 5 at the Bluffton Middle School cafetorium. Those attending will play bingo and bid on gift baskets donated by Origami Owl, Thirty One, Jamberry Nails, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, and  It Works.

Food will be available. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
