It’s new territory for the Pandora-Gilboa High School boys’ basketball team, and a familiar one for Putnam County teams. Ottoville and Ottawa-Glandorf girls' teams took the Columbus trip this past weekend.

The Rockets destroyed Crestview 70-58 in the regional title game at BGSU on Friday night. That win was the first-ever ticket to Columbus for the southeastern Putnam County team.

Division IV semi-final games are Thursday, March 22, in Jerome Schottenstein Center, on the Ohio State University campus.

Here’s the final four in Division IV, with the “home team” listed first and the final AP poll ranking in parentheses:

10:45 a.m. contest
No. 8 Berlin Hiland (23-5) vs.
No. 9 Willoughby Cornerstone Christian (20-7)

2 p.m. contest
Pandora-Gilboa (26-1) vs.

Winners advance on Saturday at 10:45 p.m. in the state final game.
