MHCO offering $1,000 sign-on bonus
Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio (MHCO) has announced that it is offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus to qualified STNAs through April 30, 2019.
The bonus is part of a recruitment strategy to meet current staffing needs and to attract reliable, qualified State Tested Nursing Assistants to the organization.
The bonus will be distributed in three payments as follows:
$200 – first pay after employee has worked 30 days (one month)
$300 – first pay after the employee has worked 90 days (three months)
$500 – first pay after the employee has worked 270 days (nine months)
According to Deb Lamb, director of human resources, past employees will only be considered if they have not worked for MHCO in the past 12 months. The sign-on bonus will only be available to an individual one time during their employment with MHCO.
STNAs provide care for the elders at MHCO, including grooming, bathing, dressing and observing and reporting changes in condition to the charge nurse. To apply, visit https://mhcoliving.org/careers/
