All indoor programs at Bluffton Family Recreation

Sign-up ends next week for three popular indoor Bluffton Family Recreation programs, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

The three programs include:
• Indoor soccer – Session I includes 5 weeks of games from Nov. 4 to Dec. 8
• Coed softball – Games are Friday nights with teams of 6 members
• Flag football – for 5 to 7 year olds. Games are Sunday mornings.

Bluffton Family Recreation will hold a "kid's art zone" demonstration on Thursday according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

The free demo is for youth ages 5 to 12 and takes place from 6 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 18, at BFR, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton.

The demo is limited to the first 10 sign-ups. Call BFR at 419-358-4150 to register your youth.

Classes Oct. 29 to Nov. 23

Bluffton Family Recreation's fall youth Session 3 is now open for registrations, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director. Session 3 classes are from Oct. 29 to Nov. 23. Following it is Winter Session 1 with classes from Nov. 26 to Dec. 21.

GROB week is coming to BFR.

Bluffton Family Recreation is offering a free trial week for all employees of GROB Systems later this month, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

During the week of Monday, Oct. 22, through Sunday, Oct. 28, all GROB employees will be able to attend any BFR class or use any BFR service at no charge.

All that is required is for the participants to show a GROB identification.

Lots of opportunities for youth

Bluffton Family Recreation's Session 2 of youth programming kicks off next week, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

Lil Movers
a class for 2-5 year olds. This class is lead by Education majors from Bluffton University and features a variety of obstacle courses, games, silly songs and dances, and lots of fun!

Classes run from Sept. 24 to Oct. 19

Fall Session 2 registration is underway at Bluffton Family Recreation, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director. Classes run from Sept. 24 to Oct. 19. Members may sign up now through Sept. 23. Non-members may pre-register from Sept. 17 to Sept. 23.
