The students of Trinity Lutheran Church and School, Jenera, will present "Children of the Heavenly Father” at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23 at the church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera. The students from pre-school through eighth grade will tell of the birth of Christ through word and Christmas hymns. Pre-service music by the youth will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Pre-service music on Wednesday Dec. 24, will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by "Children of the Heavenly Father" at 7 p.m.
A Christmas day service will begin at 9:30 a.m. The choir and handbell choir will perform.
A Christmas Eve Service for Pleasant View and Mount Cory United Methodist
Churches will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24, at Mount Cory UM, 300 N. Main St,
Mount Cory. Come to celebrate “Christ’s Birth” with an evening of
Christmas carols, special music by the handbell choir and joint choir,
scripture, and communion. The service will be led by Pastor Mark
Fuerstenau.
First Mennonite Church invites all to attend their candlelight Christmas Eve service scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24. The service will include vocal and instrumental music, scripture, candlelighting, and carol singing.
First Mennonite is located at 101 S. Jackson St., Bluffton.
Riley Creek Baptist Church will present the Christmas cantata "Mary, Did You Know?" at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 21. This presentation will include well-known carols and newer songs along with narration. The cantata will be directed by Carl Snare.
The public is invited to attend. The nursery will be well-staffed.

The Pandora United Methodist Church Choir will present its Christmas Cantata, “Candles and Carols" written by Mark Hayes on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 9:30 a.m. during the worship service. The church service and refreshments in the fellowship hall afterwards are open to the public. The choir is directed by Pat Basinger and accompanied by Kira Davis. The church is located on state route 12 at 108 E. Washington Street in Pandora. The Rev. Duane Kemerley is the pastor.
