Trinity Lutheran School’s graduation will be held on Sunday, May 29 in the 10:30 a.m. service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 N. Main Street, Jenera.
Trenton Siefker will be the class speaker. The class members are: Izzabella Elizabeth Kretz, Abigail Kathryn Miles and Trenton Alexander Siefker. Class colors are orange and yellow and the class flower is the tulip.
The class motto is John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

I recently read in GraphsandLaughs that there were 11.55 million job openings and 5.95 million unemployed people in March [2022]. This is very close to two jobs available for every job seeker, which is consistent with what we see in this region. Every sector that Apollo works with is experiencing workforce issues.

“More than half of the trash you generate can be recycled,” says Rumpke Waste & Recycling, Bluffton’s local waste and recycling provider.
But, as the saying goes, old habits die hard, so the Icon is providing this refresher on what is currently being accepted by the village curbside recycling program.
Bluffton's Ethan Bogart was named Northwest Conference Track Athlete of the Year in recent voting by the league coaches.
Bogart won the 110 high hurdles (15.86) and 300 hurdles (39.96) at the NWC championship meet in Convoy last weekend. He also finished second in the NWC 200-meter dash.
